How can I ping/tracert the PS3 Online Network?
I am in a country without any official support for PlayStation Network, but I have yet read to be able to connect. I want to test the theory that before importing a PS3, but I can not find an IP address to Ping or Tracert to test my Internet connection can reach él.Cualquier person has the IP to the test?

No u cant test it like that… Itll work youll just hve to say r from another country whe u create the account it doesnt really matter..
