does anyone know of a good lawyer that deals with owed child support in san diego county?
it would be very useful! hah I’m 18 and I try to get my child support from my salary of a deadbeat fatherrr.

A lawyer is going to cost you and can can only accomplish so much.
If you truly want to get child support out of him, gather all your documentation (birth certificates, etc) and contact the SD County Department of Child Support Services.
They will contact the father and attempt to setup child support payments. If he does not comply they can (and will) garnish his wages, deny him renewal on his driver’s license and car registration, take his tax return, he won’t be able to get a passport, they have a lot of tools to work with and it’s free for you and gets support for the child.
