Does anyone know who helps with paying service charge if on income support?
I have always received help to pay the service charge income support, but since the department moved to Belfast from London Edgware nobody knows anything about and refuse the benefit. Edgware Belfast insist that dealing with this subject, but I refuse. Could someone help me !!!!!
