Network Management?
There are moments where the tools of state control of the server and LAN occupied APPER indicate a large number of LAN activity. Does anyone know where I can download the software to monitor the following: 1. Users and computers, their names and addresses IP.2. Activity on the local network i. user activity and can be copyiong or read from servidor.3. I. Statistics LAN and the most active users and computadoras.4. The software gives the possibility to send network for computers and users on the LAN and remote shutdown a client computer.

Well alot depends on what OS you are running, what server OS, what client os etc.
This one might help, if you have less than 10 machines it has a free version:

and many have free trials that might let you see what you need to know like:

You may want to just do a search for LAN Monitoring or Network Monitoring and find one that fits your specific environment. If you have linux servers there are already some good tools built into the system etc.
