Trying to play sims 3- says VisionTek Radeon HD 2400 doesn’t support shader model 2?
Update the video card (VisionTek Radeon HD 2400) with Shader Model 3, but trying to play Sims3, said the video card is not compatible with Shader Model 2 or no video card supported. Is it possible that the program of the video card is not downloaded properly? Thank you pour votre aide.

The Radeon HD2400 supports Pixel Shader 4.0 Model, so it also supports 2/3. Chances are your video drivers are corrupt or you’re using Windows generic drivers.
Download ATI’s catalyst suite to get the correct driver version;

Are you running the display from the integrated motherboard graphics or the card, (monitor connected to card).
Is the card installed all the way in the slot and detected as new hardware by Windows.
300 Watt or greater power supply recommended
Long story short: Your graphics card sucks.
