How do I get child support automatically taken out of my ex husbands check? In Texas?
How do I get child support from my paycheck automatically ex-husband? In Texas? My ex-husband paid nothing to his liking. How can I ensure that I get the court ordered child support for three children to take his paycheck? I’m so tired.

My dad used to have that done with me. Before he even gets his check the money was removed. Contact the courts ask to see a judge and explain the situation.
Contact the Attorney General’s Child Support Division online to get things rolling, and they will (after a month or two) begin taking out for you.

Have you talked to your local child support office? They would have the answer. Look up the number in your phone book. It might be under the “government” section of the phone book.
I live in Indiana and my husband pays support to his ex. It’s automatically taken out each week. He never had the option, they just do it that way for everyone.
Don’t just throw him to the courts and take everything from him.. Talk to him and see what you can work out. If nothing can be worked out then contact your BCSE and see how it can be handled.
Contact the court or child support agency. Texas is good about going after parents that don’t pay, and they will not have a problem garnishing his check.
Good idea, maybe you’ll succeed in getting him fired .
That’s what usually happens when an employer has to deal with govt. intervention in payroll.
First, pull out your Final Decree of Divorce and read it carefully, especially the section under child support where it talks about withholding from earnings. Second, check the papers your divorce lawyer got the judge to sign at the time the judge signed all the other papers, and look for a document that says something like “Employer’s Order to Withhold from Earnings for Child Support.” Then, contact the District Clerk, give them your case number, everybody’s names, and the mailing address of your husband’s employer’s payroll department, and pay their fee of about $15 to send a certified copy of the withholding order to your ex-husband’s employer.

Here’s what I would do, as the dad in a similar situation. My ex decided to just take me to court and rake me over the coals, even though I paid my child support. She just wanted to teach me a lesson, as to who was in charge. I would tell your ex first that if the payment doesn’t come regularly, you are going to Child Support Services, and they will extract the money from your check.
Give him the chance to man up and do it.
If he is a jerk and doesn’t pay still, contact your local government offices that deal with child support issues. Try to both be good parents. I am sure you are. But treat each other with some respect. You hurt him and he has hurt you. Play nice for your kids. I wish my ex had felt that way.
