It means that your graphics card isn’t capable of supporting the 3d graphics of the game. You might be able to play the game anyway, but it wont be pretty. The only solution to this if you can’t play despite the warning message would be to check the system requirements for the game, and go buy a graphics card that meets or exceeds the requirements to play. Hope this helped!
It means your computer sucks too much to play the game. Shader Model 2.0 is the way modern games draw 3D images. Your graphics card is too terrible to support that. The only way to fix this is to buy a new graphics card. There is no program you can run or hack you can use to get rid of the requirement.
Shader Model 2.0 is the language used to draw 3D images in online games. The message you are getting means that your graphics card is too outdated or cheap to be able to perform Shader Model 2.0, which means you need to buy a new graphics card. However, if your graphics card is really that old, your computer must be the same age. Buying a new computer altogether would be the best choice to keep up with modern gaming.
A computer is only as good as is most poorly functioning input device.

It would help to know what video card you’re on. But my guess is you’re either on integrated mobo graphics, or just a very outdated card.
